The process is undoubtedly extensive and involves multiple parties other than the buyer and seller. Dealing with Mortgage companies, Title agencies, or Inspection services can be difficult, especially if you are new to the real estate market. That’s why Bill and I believe an agent needs to be more than simply someone who finds you a home to buy or a person to sell to.
Being a real estate agent means we have access to gregarious amounts of knowledge to aid in your real estate transaction. The whole process involves specific vocabulary and acronyms that the average person is unaware of. Not only that but the number of forms that are required to close the transaction can be overwhelming without somebody knowing precisely what needs to be done. We also have knowledge of all the local neighborhoods and can guide you to ones that meet your needs. We have market insight from 60 years’ combined experience and it is our job to know the market to help you with your transaction much more efficiently.
When we begin working with a new client, they then have access to our extensive network of individuals and companies that they will need to close their transaction. We have companies our clients worked with and trust, so you can rest easy. We have access to the information for coming soon houses as well as some not yet listed.
Another part of the process is the art of negotiating. We use communication skills and negotiating tactics so that transactions are closed with the ease our experience provides. We want to be right at our client’s side so that they are not intimidated by the process and end up not attaining the deal they were looking for. But more importantly, we can help them draw from years of experience with effective negotiation and communication skills for successful closings.
Finally, as real estate agents, we are here for our client. We walk alongside them every step of the way wanting it to be a fun time for them. Buying a house is the biggest purchase most people ever make. We are there to make the process as painless and smooth as possible for our clients. And our relationship does not end at the closing table. We are available after the closing to answer questions and provide trusted referrals when needed.
